George Pickens and the Cowboys failed to reach a long-term deal before the deadline, meaning the receiver will play 2025 on the franchise tag worth approximately $23 million. Dallas acquired Pickens via trade from Pittsburgh earlier this offseason but opted against locking him up long-term for now.
