George Pickens will play 2025 on the franchise tag after Dallas shut down extension talks. Executive Stephen Jones made it clear Wednesday the team wants to see him perform this season before committing long-term. Pickens will earn roughly $23M on the tag while his future in Dallas remains uncertain.
